[ Notes on accusations and consultations ]

  1. Misconduct in research activities is defined as fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, double submission, inappropriate authorship, or any other inappropriate conduct in research activities.
  2. You may be asked to cooperate with us in the investigation, so please disclose your name and contact information when reporting a case.
    (You can also report anonymously.)
  3. In reporting you, we confirm the following:
    ・Your name and contact information
    ・Name of person(s) responsible for research misconduct
    ・Research Misconduct Description of misconduct
    ・Grounds for Research Misconduct
  4. If the investigation reveals that the report was made in bad faith, measures such as publication of the name of the informant, disciplinary action, or criminal prosecution may be taken.
