Announcement of Replacement of President

Tetsu Nishioka, who has been President since the company was formed in 2000, has become part-time Senior Advisor.
Instead, Hiroyuki Tosaka has been newly appointed as the President of Geosphere Environmental Technology Corporation. He has been Professor at Department of Systems Innovation, School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo and recently retired. Also he has been Chairman of our company from 2000 and will devote himself on managing of our company.
